Thank you very much.

Ideally before you'd jump to conclusion that there is an issue with the screen, you'd first need to determine the current situation.

1. Is there a tempered glass/screen protector installed? If yes, chances are the quality of it isn't that good and you might need to replace it.

2. If there is a screen protector/tempered glass installed, have you tried turn on the "Touch Sensitivity" feature? This feature is designed to enhance the touch response and give you more accurate actions while a screen protector is installed.

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap on Display
3. Scroll down till you see "Touch Sensitivity" and turn it on.

If no screen protectors or tempered glass is installed do the following:

Go to support under members and run a diagnostic specifically for the screen to determine if there is indeed an issue.

If the diagnostics doesn't provide any substancial fixes or answers, best to bring it to a Samsung Authorized Service Center and have it fixed.

Best not to look for random workarounds online as those are not permanent fixes.
