Samsung A71 screen concern

Hi! When I'm using my phone there are time it suddenly doesn't click, click on its own, and frozen screen. There are also times that when I'm typing the right part of the keyboard is hard to touch.What do you think I can do? Thanks

Try restarting your phone.

Try doing the diagnostic test in your settings, it will include touch test and screen test.

You can run a diagnostics test through your Samsung Members app! Tap Diagnostics on your Members home screen to get started. 

If it turns out that your phone has an issue with its touch screen, I suggest that you bring your device to a Samsung Experience Store near you: storelocator (samsung.com)
