So ayun na nga from dec 30 til now jan 21 wala pa rin updates si SAMSUNG or kahit yung mismong SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE STORE na pinag bilhan ko ng unit regarding sa issue ng napakatagal n delay ng freebie nila. Nakaka frustrate yung mag hintay sa wala. I felt like na budol lang ako or something which i didn't expect since tiwala ako sa brand na ito and sa mismong SAMSUNG store yung pinag bilhan ko. I'm so disapointed from their after sales service to how they handle this issue physically..
