Just re-do your fingerprint registration on your phone.

Hey there, Denden10! Here's how you can recalibrate your fingerprint onto your phone:

1. Launch Settings > Go to Security and privacy
2. Click Biometrics, then go to Fingerprints
3. Enter your current pin if you have one
4. From here you can go ahead and click on Add fingerprint
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to input your fingerprint

Try rebooting to android recovery mode and clear cache partition then repair apps.

If this doesn't work, try rebooting to safe mode. If it didn't happen again, it was probably caused by a third party app.

If it does happen again even while in safe mode, it could be a hardware problem that needs to be checked by a technician.
