Have you ever had your Samsung Galaxy A53 5G abruptly freeze and turn off? What causes this? Any solutions?

Galaxy A
I personally can't say I have since I've never had a Galaxy A53 5G, but with previous Samsung Galaxy Devices that I've used, there are 3 possible instances that could contribute to this based on my experience.
1. You have a lot of applications in the background, or had opened but has not fully closed and is doing something heavy that exceeded the expected delivery of the device.
2. You have not bothered to turn off or reset(reboot) your phone for quite some time now.
3. Overheated.
Normally, what I do as a common routine is, every other day, or at least 2x in a week, I would restart my phone just to refresh everything.
Alternatively, Most Samsung devices has this feature wherein you can enable it, to which the device would reboot on it's own or have it scheduled.
