Hi everyone. I bought my Samsung A05 in March and have been really careful with it. I've never dropped it or subjected it to any physical damage. Everything was running smoothly until a few days ago when my phone started freezing randomly. It becomes unresponsive to touch inputs, and the only way to get it working again is to turn the phone off and turn it back on.
My last software update was on July 25, so I'm wondering if this problem might be linked to that update.
Has anyone else with an A05 experienced similar issues? Any suggestions or solutions to fix this would be greatly appreciated! TYIA
It seems that the problem is in some screen position sensor because when I turn off rotation, the screen freezes less often, but it still knows when a game that rotates the screen itself is started. Then I rotate it back and forth and it sometimes works.
