Hello every one can I asked po? Can I factory format my samsung galaxy and it's not affect anything or maybe myphone after reset is need to baypass? Because it's Kingdom of Saudi Arabia CTS approval

CST is the equivalent of NTC here in the Philippines. Not sure what exactly you need to do why you have to reset your phone. But regardless, make sure you backup your phone before doing a factory reset.
