Samsung Galaxy A54 keeps turning off when using camera.

My phone keeps turning off when I use the 2× zoom and sometimes while adjusting brightness on the same zoom level while taking pictures of bright scenes.

Im on the latest update (The second update of September).

I have cleared camera data and cache multiple times and the issue still persists.

Any advice or tips on how to fix this issue? 

Does anyone else face such issues?

there probably some apps that contribute to this issue. run your device in safe mode and identify those apps

I checked on safe mode and tried taking a picture on ×2 zoom and the phone crashed.

I am having the same problem . A54 phone  turns itself off when I'm taking photos.  Did you find a solution?

Unfortunately nope. I have tried everything except for a hard reset at this point.

Hi Rakishi, did you solve the problem. My A54 does the same.  It just dies after a while taking fotos and videos and this hapend a lot already. I'm furios because I just took some once in a lifetime sunset fotos and videos and it shut down. I lost them all. The phone did not save them🤬😡😤🤬. I paid a lot of money and it's not even a month old.
