Samsung Health app?
Are you using Galaxy A11? If yes then it's sad, Samsung will stop and remove the Samsung Health app in Galaxy A11 once the One Ui core 4 for A11 come out

Why?

Because Samsung Health App requires Knox Security to function, which Galaxy A11 doesn't have

Then, if you are using Knox Secured device but the app won't open, maybe there's a bug in the app

Hello hihelloo,

We appreciate you contacting us to inquire about the Samsung Health issues that are causing your device's heating and fps to drop.

Recognize what you're going through while unsure of how to optimize your Samsung device. But, don't you worry, we are here to help, provide quick fixes, and offer solutions to your device problems.

Samsung Health is awesome by itself, but you can get even more out of it. First, you can sync the app and your phone to Samsung Health compatible devices, like fitness bands, smartwatches, headphones, and some smart TVs to help you stay on track with your fitness needs. You can also sync your other favorite fitness apps to Samsung Health, so you can have all your fitness data in one place.

Both, we will figure out what's behind the issue/s and other possible reasons and come up with the solutions by following below steps.

A) First, ensure that your device is up-to-date with the latest Software updates.

Settings > About Phone > Software Updates > Download and Install > Follow On-screen notifications.

B) Update Samsung Health app.

Step 1. Open the Google Play Store app.

Step 2. Tap Menu My apps & games.

Step 3. Navigate to Samsung Health app.

Step 4.  If an update is available, select "Update".

C) Reset the Samsung Health app.

Open the Samsung Health app > and then tap Settings > Swipe to and tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset

C) Clear the Samsung Health App Data and Cache.

Open Samsung Health App Icon > Press the "i" button, scroll to Storage > press "Clear data" and "Clear cache".

D) Clear Cache Partition

Step 1. Turn off your phone.
Step 2. Plug in the USB cable via PC or Type-C earphones (in case its USB-C to USB-C).
Step 3. Then press and hold Power and Volume up buttons.
Step 4. Release the power button. When the recovery screen shows up, release the volume up button.
Step 5. Navigate to and select Wipe cache partition (Volume up and down is for highlighting options and power is to select).
Step 6. Navigate to and select Yes.
Step 7. Press the power button to select Reboot system now.

E) Run Battery and Device Care.

Settings > Battery and device care

F) Optimizing your device.

Optimizing your device ensures that it is operating on top form at all times. Optimization scans your device to determine what is using your battery, how your storage is looking, what is using the most memory and if there are any threats on your device. Optimization happens automatically once a day but can also be started manually.

Step 1. Go to Battery and Device care.

Step 2. Wait for a moment while Battery and device care runs a diagnosis on your device.

Step 3. Tap Optimise now.

G) Check & Optimize Battery.

The battery is the beating heart of your device, giving you the power you need to use your favorite apps. When optimizing the battery, Battery and device care will close any apps that are draining your battery in the background. Through Battery and device care you can change the power mode, check your battery usage and customize a range of power management features.
