Samsung please Give the samsung galaxy a14 5g a smart view

Hey Samsung why does my galaxy a11 which is an older and a cheaper device have a smart view but my galaxy a14 5g doesn't. Please fix this ASAP because a lot of people like me loves and needs this feature in the a14 5g. Please fix this issue asap. THANK YOU!

The Galaxy A14 5G is running One UI Core. One UI Core on A12 and later A1x series doesn't have a Smart View feature.

Well that s_cks. And it also doesn't support game booster bruh I'm never buying a samsung device ever again. im gonna move to xiaomi or buy an iphone X. It was a mistake to buy a samsung phone. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day has been ruined

I understand your expectation that your new device will have better features compared with the older version you had that had smart view features. If I were in your shoes, I would feel the same.

 

You can submit a  report through the Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.

What the f-?! I'm planning to buy that phone. But thanks for your answer. I'm not buying it now haha

I really need secure folder, that's why I'm asking if that model has it or not.

So unfair for Samsung that they gave secure folder to the Galaxy A12 Nacho tho
