I would like to use my secure folder, and choose what goes in there, and what doesn't. When I set my secure folder up and open it, there are already 6 + apps in there that I didn't put there, and cannot remove. These are; Camera, Gallery, Internet, Folders, Email, Contacts etc.

It is my secure folder, not Samsung's, and the option is for me to build my own security using the apps I use (that are not Samsung driven apps) is, and should be my choice, not theirs!!

Is there a way to create a secure folder with nothing in it, other than what I choose to put there? Or, is there a way to remove the automatically added apps, as mentioned above. by removing them from my secure folder?

you can hide those apps that you don't wanna see in the secure folder. just select those apps, then select hide.

Exactly! I want to be able to choose what apps I put in my secure folder and which ones I don't want in there!

Why 'must' my camera and gallery apps be hidden behind the secure folder??

Every time I want to add a photo to a message or post, etc, I have to stop, open the secure folder, open the gallery app, find the photo I want, then individually move that photo out of the secure folder, return to my message/post app, and add the now-available photo. It's infuriating and obstructive!

Why do Samsung need to be in charge of enforcing unnecessary security on my photos just so that I can protect my email, etc with a biometric lock?

(If Gmail would bother to add a biometric lock like hotmail did, I wouldn't need to use Samsung's *** secure folder.

Why do we need to cede control of our photos, etc in order to gain a little more security over some apps??
