Hi! Galaxy A03s user here. My phone (currently runs on Android 11) doesn't have a built-in Secure Folder. I downloaded the Secure Folder app but it doesn't open. Any ideas how to get it working? I'm a new member, nice to meet y'all!

You can't have it, it's not available for some A Devices for it lacks Knox.

That's why I said not available for "some" Galaxy A devices, not all. Check the website again, aka the one you just sent, read and analyze what it says and tell me if you can see if the Galaxy A0x series supports Knox, no they DON'T support Knox and it's NOT available for them.
Your Galaxy A10 may have it, but NOT all A series have Knox.

This just further solidifies that you reay didn't even read your own source, that's the reason why I said read your source again. You have the reference yourself but you didn't even bother checking it yourself and comprehending it fully.

Do I need to explain what N/A means? Okay fine. N/A means NOT AVAILABLE. In Tagalog, HINDI MAAARI. Do you see the highlighted part? That's the device the OP is using, Galaxy A03s. Does it have Knox support? NO.
