security patch level (A13)

i don't understand, i can clearly remember that the update i had last dec 6 was for the november security patch, then, when i checked it, it's actually for october. it's like i had 2 october security patch likee?? is this normal or 

update: i already reached out to samsung help centre, but their suggestions did not work out.

hello po, i'm not familiar with those functions kaya i tried searching it on my settings and wala pong nag-appear, so i assume na wala po sila sa A13. someone may correct me if i'm wrong :).
