Sim 1 and sim 2 not allowed

Few days ago my a52s works fine with my carrier. then it became sim 1 not allowed and sim 2 not allowed. I bought my phone as a openline. It is good for the past 2 months. Only 1 specific carrier works. I tried the imei checker and it says "Clean"

have you tried to reset network settings?

question, where did you purchase your phone? if both sim 1 and 2 are no longer functional, chances are high that it was blocked by NTC due to a reported stolen phone. 🙂

that phone is technically 'useless' since its basic features like text and calls are disabled. even using mobile data is no longer possible with that.

i suggest you contact the seller or report it to the police. or head over to NTC and surrender the unit so they can contact the owner.

gumagana naman po yong globe ngayon. yong smart lang talaga nawalan ng function

if that's the case, then maybe mahina ang Smart signal sa location nyo... or may problema ang Smart simcard mo.

gumagana naman yong sim ko sa isa kong phone. dito lang sa a52s ko ayaw gumana ng kahit anong smart at tnt sim

if hndi gumagana ang simcard mo sa particular phone na yan, but works just fine if you use other phones...

then malaki ang duda ko na nakaw ang phone na yan. the IMEI on that A52s has been blocked by NTC mismo. and only NTC can unblock that upon request. 🙂


have you tried 'reset network settings'? does the problem still persist?

nabili ko to ng 2nd hand.

if nabili mo yan ng 2nd hand, then that only increases the chances na stolen phone tlga yan... and the owner has reported that lost/stolen phone sa NTC. 🙂

sad to say ayaw na ipabalik ng binilhan ko. kase sabe niya 1 month lang daw warranty nya sakanya. ee 2 months na bago lang naramdaman yong blocking ni ntc.
