Hi can anyone explain why I can't access photos that I saved on a SD card when I change phones? Both ate Samsung phones. Says I don't have software to read. What is the best way of transferring files and photos please? Thank you.

Hey @GGP001 ,

You can actually use the Smart Switch app to transfer photos from one Samsung device to another, and you can also transfer them using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
