I Bought this phone at the end of 2021. I regularly try and install the Software Updates, currently the phone downloads old U14 Android 12 update for install. but this never goes through and installs. Samsung Support suggested going to software update And clearing cache And then go to storage clear data. Software update is not an option in my list of apps.
