some apps crashing on a12

is there anyone who's also experiencing some of their apps like tiktok, facebook, galaxy store, gmail, crashing on their samsung galaxy a12? i am experiencing consistent crashing on tiktok and it is so slow i have 69gb of storage left and i have 6gb ram which is always has 3gb free

You can submit a report of errors through Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category. Tap "Application" & "Slow device".

Step 4. Describe each problem in details and SEND.

Happened on mine too... but only on galaxy store, I guess its a bug or software issue..
Btw my phone Is samsung A31 6gb variant and its weird why
