Speaker not working

My speaker on my A12 is not working. Its stuck on headphones. I tried to change the audio output but it only shows 'Headset'. (see attached picture)I have no apps in sleep too. When I plug in my headphones/headset it works on the headphones/headset but when I unplug it, the speaker won't work.☹ I tried to play some music from the Samsung Music app and it said 'Playing on Headset' even though there's nothing plug in to my phone.😔 I already tried the Power Off method and Radio Method but both methods didn't work for me.😔  Hope someone can help.

Try wipe cache partition.

Can u try to plugin again the earphones and play some music if it works try to open your radio and play on speaker while earphone is plugin if you hear the speaker turn off the radio and unplug earphones and then try to play a music through your speaker

can you reset factory settings and lets see if it wont work.
