Does anyone experience stuttery screen while scrolling? I just noticed this last June patch and it's still present with the recent July patch. I've done some troubleshooting myself but still the same thing. I also tried switching from 90 hz to 60 to minimize the issue, no changes. If you experience/d this, please share your tips. I dont want to perform master reset. Oh yeah, I cleared cache partition but it doesn't make any changes.

Hi! Based on some samsung users who already experienced that after an update, experts advice is to perform an soft reset to their devices. It should work fine mostly.

I see, well here's a link of forum of your same issue in your phone, hope the solution they provide works for you. https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s10-series/scrolling-lag-and-stutter-after-android-10-upd...

Great Samsung morning! I am very sorry to hear about this issue. No worries, I'll try my best to help you out. What I can suggest is for you to try to put your device in 'Safe Mode'. Safe mode is designed to help you find problems with your apps and widgets, but it disables parts of your phone. Pressing or holding certain buttons during start up will bring up recovery mode.

You may check this link for the procedures; https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-use-safe-mode-on-galaxy-mobile-devices/ Hope to have helped you out. Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. Stay safe and have a nice day ahead!
