After the recent software update, my battery wouldn't charge fast. It's even have a warning of moist inside the charging pin when the device is turned off. Tried toggling fast charging on and off also, my charger is still the inbox one (20w). I can say it's not working on A56 because my A34 can do fast charge with this charger. Tried resetting battery stats, still not doing good. Not sure what to do anymore. I still bide to look for service center due to schedule and availability of location.
Same with me. After the update my battery has not even reached double digits. I used my personal Super fast charger and my fast charger but didn't work. I tried to turn the power off but it had no effect in charging. I checked my battery activity in settings and it says yesterday it can charge to full but now it takes 9 hours to just reach 5% constantly. I thinking they had a problem in the code.
