Touchscreen doesnt work

I have a Galaxy A32 5G. One day my battery died and after I charged the phone and turned it on the touchscreen didn't work anymore. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the screen. No cracks or previous water damage.  I did the reset where you press the volume down and power, but it still doesn't work. Also, there is a little android man on the front of my lock screen, and it didn't use to be there. Can someone help?

Did you activate any Accessibility settings? Try going into Safe mode.
