Hi,

I have an A51, and have recently been scheduled for 2 teams meetings (not using the app).

Both times I get notifications of missed calls, but the phone doesn't ring. Before these scheduled meetings, I have 3 people call me to ensure I am able to receive calls.

I am hooked up via starlink via wifi calling. The number calling me for the conference is a std Sydney number, and it is the only number that cant get through to me.

Phone connection settings are: WIF- Starlink, wifi calling on, blue tooth on, flight mode off.

Unfortunately I have missed these very important calls both times (they have called twice on each occasion).

Has anyone heard of this happening before? or know of a fix?

Cheers

Hi @snodge,

We would recommend that you send an Error Report to us via the Samsung Members app for this issue. Our technical team will be able to look into it for you and provide some further support!

Below is a link with steps on how to raise an Error Report:

Have you had your computer open and teams on your computer? There is a specific option which if is active could stop you from receive notifications .

Another solution could be in the app info under battery tab to set it unrestricted.

In mobile data tab (always in up info->settings) to allow background data usage(maybe allow on roaming too while in australia)

Make sure no modes or routine could affect it .

In motion and gesture there is the option mute with gesture which could've affected the app(most od the option are available for the tab too.

On which device you are using teams since you dont use the app, just asking so we all can help you more or be more specific
