I am trying to access my secure folder and I get space to enter the pin with a "Use Pin after RESTART" message above.
No matter what I enter into the PIN space there is no reaction - it doesn't open the secure folder and I don't get a no "wrong PIN" message if I enter a wrong PIN.
I've restarted the phone several times. I've changed the phone PIN. There is no "Forgot my PIN" option available, which has been mentioned as a way of addressing this issue in the few other posts.
