Galaxy A- On 28/12/23 I installed the lastest system update (UI version 6.0) to a 1-year old Galaxy A53 phone. Now emails won't send (error message "no certificate"), mobile hotspot keeps failing (error "no network"), and Samsung internet blocks every webpage as "Unsafe" . Samsung Support told me to report via Members App, which won't open as it too returns a "no network" error. I've tried removing and reinstalling Samsung apps, but nothing works. My sister just bought a new A53 phone and has no problems with UI6.0 upgrade. No help from Samsung Support. I don't want to do a factory reset. Is anyone else having these issues?

Don't bother using the Samsung Internet browser as there are better alternatives. Can you use a true broadband network rather than a mobile hotspot?

For reporting to Samsung you can log in using a browser (search for Samsung members forum Australia). Can you install another browser and try that? Or connect via wi-fi direct or through another device.

My A23 after 6.0 and Android 14 update on the 11th no longer connects to networks, get No Service, on any type of 3G, 3G/4G etc.
Samsung answer is a factory reset, no guarantee, and if that fails then have to send phone to them. No loaner or replacement phone, too bad how sad. Pathetic customer service. Class action anyone?
