Via Phone settings -> supplementary services -> Show your call ID - I have always had "Never" selected. Sometime in the last month or so, it has stopped working. By that I mean my number is now showing to whomever I call. If I change my Sim back to an old LG phone my number is hidden again. This issue is also affecting all the Samsung users in my household (Samsung M62 + Samsung A50). We use the same network provider - ALDI.
My software is up to date. I have reset the network settings and done a soft reset also. As it is an issue for other household Samsung phones but not the LG phone, is there a Samsung/ALDI bug or software issue?

To send an error report: Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
The only way around this I have found a I had the same problem as you have to change your settings to 3G when you want to make a phone call to hide your number. it's something to do with Aldi I think and being on vol lte 4G.
