Someone or something remote accessed my phone last night and took control of browsing my photos, I turned the phone off straight away and restarted it.

How is this possible.

I dont have samsung remote access activated.

Sorry to hear about that, Superstock.

Here’s what you can do:

Check App Permissions:
Go to Settings > Apps and review permissions.

Update Software: Ensure your phone is up-to-date in Settings > Software Update.

Run a Security Scan: Use a trusted security app or built-in features.

Reset Passwords: Change passwords for any accounts accessed from your phone.

Contact Support: Reach out to Samsung Support via live chat if you need further help.

Hope this helps! 🙏
