Updating A30

G'day, 

why can't I update my A30.? 

The response is 'latest version installed ' in 2023. Now I am unable to access my bank app.

The A30 is probably past it's supported life.

Banking apps normally requires more recent software to ensure security.

It's best to get a new phone which can help protect you. The newer A series comes with 6 years of updates too.
