USB Connector connected and disconnected.

My phone keeps getting a notification of usb connector connected and disconnected, it wont let me turn off my phone either. Please help.

I also did the developer option setting

For the cord, you may double check if there are any issues with it (maybe it is loose or easily removable) that could explain why it keeps getting disconnected.
