VoLTE not showing

I have a prepaid Globe LTE sim and I activated my VoLTE on the settings menu and still its not showing up

volte is for postpaid plang sa globe

I have a friend in which he uses prepaid sim but VoLTE is showing on the status bar, also other brand can instantly pops VoLTE on the status bar and it isn't postpaid.

Yes, your Samsung Galaxy device is capable of handling VoLTE calls and it seems the issue arises with your Mobile Network Service Provider.

Better call them up and ask your prepaid Globe LTE SIM VoLTE status.

VoLTE is for Postpaid subs only like @butete said, same with VoWfi.

From what I know only Dito and Smart have VoLTE and VoWifi for all their user, both postpaid and prepaid.
