VoLTE not Working

Can someone help me? My VoLTE is enabled, but the VoLTE icon is not showing, and also, I can't use my Mobile Data whenever someone is calling because it turns off. Please help me fix this.

I think naka depende po ata sa SIM card kasi sa mother ko wala yan dati tas bigla nalang nag appear, TNT sim

Same situation po, TNT sim rin

I think nasa testing palang yung mga telcos like Globe, Smart, TNT sa pag rollout ng volte, not sure lasi nabasa ko lang dati sa website ng mga telcos

Request ka to activate VoLTE and VoWifi sa service provider mo (Globe/Smart/TM/TNT). Chat ka lng sa messenger nila tapos sabihin mo gusto mo activate VoLTE at VoWifi para gumanda quality ng calls kahit indoors.

Expect ka ng call within 24 hours para sa process ng pag-activate ng VoLTE at VoWifi sa phone mo.

Punta ka Dashboard > tap Manage Account > Help Ticket > choose Technical > then Voice Connectivity > lagay mo sa description na gusto mo activate VoLTE at VoWifi at bakit mo gusto activate. Nilagay ko sa description dati na gusto ko ma-improve signal at call quality while indoors.

Within 24 hours tatawag sila to confirm your identity at why mo gusto activate, call takes 5 mins and activation will happen in the next 24 hours after the call. Hi there, J4NG0T! We totally understand and here are some steps you can do to help fix this:

  1. Settings > Connections > Mobile networks
  2. Turn on Data roaming
  3. Turn on VoLTE calls on both SIM 1 and SIM 2
  4. Make sure to choose LTE / 3G / 2G
