Galaxy A
I have a Samsung galaxy A7 and I cannot make or receive calls because apparently 3g is not provided anymore and I should activate VoLTE on my phone. However. The VoLTE options does not appear in the menu. The software is updated. How can I do?
Thanks!

It says "If you've got an Android phone that supports VoLTE, you'll see a little VoLTE icon next to the 4G or 5G icon in the top right corner of your screen when connected to a mobile network." Source - https://www.whistleout.com.au/MobilePhones/News/4G-phones-stop-working-3G-shutdown-VoLTE
Other sources say that if you cannot find the option you may have to contact the service provider.

Thank you very much, @blunderbuss89. Unfortunately, I came here after the service provider gave me a code to insert which didn't work, and told me to contact Samsung support because they didn't have any other solutions 😅 I should be able to activate VoLTE from the settings menu, but i don't have the option even if my phone should be compatible
