I suggest bring your phone to Samsung Service Center and have your phone checked/assessed. Free of charge naman.

Most likely you have damaged screen and need to be replaced. This is common Samsung phones screen trouble upon software upgrade to Android 13. This happened to my Note20-Ultra Last December, out of warranty, was assessed and the AMOLED screen replacement/labor was quoted @15k+.

I tried to go to nearest service center but they said that I need to go to their another branch in Pampanga and I can't do it due to hectic schedule. So now, these white lines occupy most of my screen.

Facing the same issue with my A71, post the recent update . Its impacting the fingerprint sensor too. Seeking immediate attention and resolution from the respective teams. Service center is asking for charges for a fault caused by the latest update. Customer care is not reachable. Had sent a mail to CEO, India

Same here, just happened now. It started as a thin barely visible white line after a few minutes it stated to become more bright and visible. When i restart the phone it was initially disappear after restarting but after a few minutes it reappears again. I have'nt dropped my phone. It just happened for no apparent reason. My last system update was last august 1 2023. My unit is samsung a71 about 3 years old this month. Any effective suggestions guys? Thanks.

Wow, we have the same experience and my fingerprint sensor is affected too. 😔😔😔 sad, the original sreen is so expensive if replaced, like nearly 50% cost of the phone itself.
