Galaxy AMost likely you have damaged screen and need to be replaced. This is common Samsung phones screen trouble upon software upgrade to Android 13. This happened to my Note20-Ultra Last December, out of warranty, was assessed and the AMOLED screen replacement/labor was quoted @15k+.

If that doesn't work, you may submit an error report through the Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display".

Clear Cache Partition-Steps to Perform.
1) Turn off the device.
Connect with type C cable.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

Galaxy AFacing the same issue with my A71, post the recent update . Its impacting the fingerprint sensor too. Seeking immediate attention and resolution from the respective teams. Service center is asking for charges for a fault caused by the latest update. Customer care is not reachable. Had sent a mail to CEO, India

Galaxy AWow, we have the same experience and my fingerprint sensor is affected too. 😔😔😔 sad, the original sreen is so expensive if replaced, like nearly 50% cost of the phone itself.
