Galaxy AHi, reginaldunawa!
joshu28 is right. Google Discover is only available on Galaxy phones that have the Android 11 pre-installed. Unfortunately, your Galaxy A10s has the Android 9 pre-installed, so naturally, the Google discovery feed will not be compatible with your device.
However, I found that you can still get a Google Discover Page on Nova Launcher. You can try following the process here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x9edY9xTfiM
