Navigation bar bug

When I open the notification panel, the navigation bar disappears. It happens everytime I open the notification panel. Does anyone have this issue?

I had to lock and unlock my phone to solve this issue.

The Navigation bar automatically hides when you're using a full-screen app or feature so that you can make the most of your screen.

Have you tried changing your Navigation bar from Swipe gestures to Buttons? You can do this through Settings > Display > Navigation Bar and choose Buttons from Navigation Type. Choosing Buttons over Swipe gestures will automatically restore your navigation buttons.

I was using 3-button-navigation and everytime I open the notification panel, the 3-button-navigation bar disappears. It's solved now.
