Wifi Calling not working with A23

Hi im using StarHub and my sim is not working with Wifi Calling i have tried many ways to activate it but there is no luck

As soon as I press Wifi preffered it turns off VoLTE

I had went to their store in person and they switched my sim card for a newer one but when i went back home and tried to turn on VoWifi it comes back with the same result and i had tried an M1 sim card on my phone and it automatically switched to VoWifi

I had also tried the starhub sim with my S10+ 5G and it switched to Vowifi

But I checked StarHub's website that ur A23 5G is compatible with VoWifi. Ur A23 5G is a Singapore handset right? The model code ending with F.

Looks like StarHub's website is not updated.. and A23 5G is not compatible for VoWifi.

Okay since ur model code ends with E. It's a local handset. I suspect A23 is not yet compatible for StarHub's VoWifi, as opposed to the list that they provided and A23 5G is in the list.

Haha not really la.. just that I experienced before.. my telco didn't turn on VoLTE for me back then..

i thought its enable free for all from telco side. i didn't know there is an option to opt in from telco until you share your experiences

For StarHub, by default is opt out. Need to call them to have it enabled. Even if the VoLTE is on on phone, the VoLTE icon won't appear, cos on StarHub end, it's turned off.
