WiFi Status Always Active

Any idea why Wifi icon always having an activity? As you can see on the upload and download arrows. There is no background downloads or updates in progress. Also as you can see on my internet meter its there are no such as heavy activity. This is not happening before. The arrows should be off at some point.

Try to restore factory settings, if that didnt work. Then i don't know. Maybe youll have to go on service center.

Yes i tried resetting the Network Settings. I'm thinking maybe it came from my last phone sept. update.

It must be background apps that have to check for updates and notifications every now and then
