Thanks guys for the answers given to josiahx's inquiry.
If it doesn't work, you may refer to the below Reset Settings:
1) Reset Network Settings.
Settings > General Management > Reset. You will need to repair any Bluetooth devices and connect to any Wi-Fi networks again.
2) Remove the protective case and check, clean, wipe the screen protector dry. Test the wi-fi, Bluetooth and hotspots buttons.
3) Run the diagnostics in the Samsung Members app.
