I have Galaxy A50 which locked me out of my mobile and am unable to unlock. I have have no password so don't understand what has happened. I have seen the suggestions on what to do but do not want to lose my data (photos and  such).

Someone must know how to solve this. Why have samsung created this system so they must know how to unlock the phone without losing data.

I don't think you will get a lot of answers here. When you close this post look at the bottom right for 'Support' you can use this for help, altthough I don't think you will get an answer there either. Your best bet is to do a variety of searches in Google. I have never seen a solution to this.Try all your current passwords in case you accidentally encrypted it. If you had backup and restore turned on you may be able to get to your data, etc. through another device. Backup may be stored in either Samsung cloud or Google.

Sounds random, but can you try 1234A? From a random video that seems to work for others...

Well after struggling for 1 day , I found solution for this **bleep**.

(1) kindly login to

Samsung
https://account.samsung.com
Samsung account

(2) In this case you have to remember your Gmail id or other from which you have login in Samsung mobile.

(3) If you dont remember your gamil Id or other  password, than take your SIM out and put it in another mobile and than reset it using your no.

(4) Once you login in account , from there you have to click on your device and in option below click unlock. There you go. No need to reset no factory reset please.

This works for all Samsung devices .

Enjoy and thank me later 🤪🤪
