My flip 3 is having a lot of problems right now.

The first issue is that when I fold and then open my phone, it flickers.

Second, when I fold my phone today, it turns off.

How annoying!!

-My phone was never been submerged in water or became wet.

-It has never been dropped.

-I purchased it brand new at SM Lanang.

Samsung is not doing anything and how I should I could get a refund😡

Sorry to hear about it. Have you brought your device to a Samsung Service Center.

If it's within 7 days you can ask the store for a replacement if the device is defective.

I remember you! Surprised to see that this issue hasn't been resolved yet by the service center. I remember having a charging port issue on my old J7+ where I had to get it repaired twice. Have tried maybe bringing it to a different service center?
