Galaxy ZI purchased my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 from Globe Sucat on August 22, 2022, and have faced numerous issues that make the phone practically unusable:
1. Unexpected Shutdowns: The phone shuts down randomly multiple times a day.
2. Dead Pixel: There is a dead pixel right in the center of the main screen.
3. Unresponsive Touchscreen: The touchscreen often stops responding, requiring multiple reboots.
4. Main Screen Malfunction: The main screen frequently fails to work properly.
Despite the phone being out of warranty, these problems are well-documented by numerous users, indicating a potential defect in the product line. Samsung’s flagship phone should not have such widespread and severe issues.
I have requested a replacement from Samsung, but I wanted to share my experience to warn others. If you’re considering buying the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, please think twice and research these recurring problems before making your decision.

Thats sad thay you experience that, but I have Fold 3, so it is older than your basically, bit it is working just fine😊

Z Fold4 user here: unit used and abused, and both screens failed after 8 to 9 months. Repaired under warranty in SM Megamall, and still used and abused but working up until now.
