You don't need to have a commercial available app to do editing on any type of photos.
We all ate lucky enough to have our own first grade quality app on our phones.
It's of course the Galaxy Gallery app and here's are an example of what you can achieve using a tiff file.
Although the camera process the camera does a brilliant job on editing the file into a photo. There is always room for improvement.
This is rhe result only a minute or so and it's more personal and to your own expression towards the final result.
