I used to drink coke 3 times per day,
no more than 500ml plain water.
Staying alone caused I have to eat out,
Mcd, korean bbq, nasi lemak as breakfast,
2 rice per meal, I love dance
but i never workout or gym.
You know what has changed ?
Not the weight or abs,
It's the mindset about self care and self love.
Eat the right food to take care ourself ,
Do the right things to improve ourself,
Now, my lifestyle changed. Step by step ❤
Now I have been staying healthy lifestyle and this shape for around 2 years! ✌🏻😝
It's not easy and not complicated as well.
Just stay consistenty and breakthrough yourself.
