No wonder I have bad hayfever at the moment. I never used to get hayfever. But it had come with age. Mango and Calistemon are in the top 7 Australian hayfever allergens. Then you add citrus flowers and Macadamia flowers and my spring is doomed. It's a good year for it too. Travelling around town I've never seen the Mangoes and Calistemon in as heavy flower as they are this year. Even the Macadamia are in bulk flower. So it's a favourable season for all these fruits. Even my citrus has about 4 times the flowers as last season. So I will tolerate the watery puffy eyes and runny nose with stinging sinuses for the next few weeks I guess

Never had hayfever this bad before. But I've never seen the mangoes, macadamia and citrus flower as much as this season. Especially mangoes which are very allergenic.
