Sa mga users po nf Galaxy a21s. Naka receive ba kayo ng update since year 2020? Sakin kasi hindi parin nakarecieve  pero nasasama sa eligible pro wala until now. OUT na yung ONE UI 4 pero yung phone ko is still in ONE UI 2.1

Try updating via Smart Switch. If you're in One UI Core 3.1, do it again.

you must carefully check for updates! last year, one ui update on my galaxy a11 still works and I'm currently using one ui 3.1
