UPLOADING QUALITY PHOTO

Hi, good day!

If i may ask everyone here, any tips on hpw can i upload the same quality of my image from my cellphone (s24 ultra) to my soc media acounts? Seems like it is always depriciating.. thank you..

Facebook is notorious for downgrading the quality of photos and videos. Instagram has an option to upload using highest possible quality.
