Galaxy GalleryI use the Samsung Health App to track my fitness.
I can easily look back at a week or day and see the exercise or workout I did. With my Galaxy Watch4 Classic I choose the type of workout I'm doing.
Then go into a date and get a lot more information about that workout
And see if I'm getting any fitter. Haha
It's easy to use and can help keep you motivated for your fitness goals or to just see how much you exercised that day.
