Can't use my wifi

Anyone who can help me.. why i can't use or connect to our wifi? I'm the only one with a Samsung J6+ phone who can't access the wifi. How to fix this please.

The Wi-Fi network you want to connect was probably set to maximum allowed device to connect, or your device's MAC address is blacklisted to the Wi-Fi network.

Ask permission to whoever in your family are responsible to configure the Wi-Fi network.

I was not blacklisted to the Wifi network. I was still connected to it last night. My phone was dead bat last night so i charged it without turning it on then this morning, i no longer can access the wifi. I don't get it

Two things to check :
1. J6+ has 2.4Ghz wifi only. Check that router has 2.4Ghz enabled

2. Router has reached maximum number of devices connected. Turn off wifi on one connected device and try to connect ur J6+

The wifi is ok. There's just 3 of us who can connect to the wifi. I tried turning off one device and connected mine but still can't connect. It says 'authentication error occurred'. Could it be my phone needs a software update?

Have you tried rebooting or Reset the router to its default settings? Also if your device has connected to the router before, try to "forget network" then connect again

The router is a Huawei model. I don't know exactly. I tried what you've said po but i still can't connect
