Can't use my wifi

Anyone who can help me.. why i can't use or connect to our wifi? I'm the only one with a Samsung J6+ phone who can't access the wifi. How to fix this please.

Via converge? You csn try change the eifi channel it helps also.

Have you tried forgetting the network and tried to reconnect again?

I already did that. I updated my software last night and now reconnected to our wifi. Thank God
