Galaxy J4+ No Signal

Recently, my friend's Galaxy J4+ has no signal on both SIM cards. Why is that? We have done everything we could do on our own but can't solve it. Any opinion guys? Going to Samsung Customer Service is our last option. Lol. HAHA Thanks.

Yup, I think that's the best option. Anyway, I think some repair centers will open on May 16.
