Need to change Samsung account member

Firstly, please ensure that your Samsung Account is not signed in from any device. If it does, please remove the Samsung account from that device as follows:

From Settings, swipe to and tap Accounts and backup. 

1. Tap Manage accounts, and then select your Samsung account. 

2. Tap Remove account, and then tap Remove account on the popup.

3. Tap Sign out. Enter your Samsung account password, and then tap OK.

   Note: These steps only remove the Samsung account from the device. The device will still need to be unregistered from the account to completely remove it. 

   Removing a Samsung account is different than permanently deleting your account. When you remove a Samsung account it's temporary; you can always add it back later.

   Change Samsung Account.

   Step 1. Let’s go to https://account.samsung.com/ and login with your Samsung Account.

   Step 2. Kindly choose your preferred action like changing the email address or changing username.

   Changing Email Address

    Step 1. Go to account.samsung.com and tap Sign in.

    Step 2. Enter Samsung account credentials.

    Step 3. Tap on the first tab that have you picture and Samsung ID.

    Step 4. Tap on Samsung Account Settings.

    Step 5. Tap on Email ID.

    Step 6. Enter your new Email address and tap Change.

    Step 7. Enter password and hit Confirm.

    Step 8. An email verification will be sent to your email.

    Step 9. Open the verification email on your inbox and hit VERIFY ACCOUNT.

    Step 10. You will received a verification that the account is verified.

   Changing Username

    Step 1. Go to account.samsung.com and tap Sign in.

    Step 2. Enter your Samsung account credentials, then click on SIGN IN.

    Step 3. Tap on the first tab that have you picture on and Samsung ID.

    Step 4. Scroll down and go to Personal Info.

    Step 5. Enter the details you want to change, then hit Save at the bottom of the screen.

    Step 6. Confirm the changes by entering the password, then click on Confirm.

    Step 7. Click on Sign out for the changes will be saved.

    Step 8. Sign in again to see the changes.

• Hi can u help me .. Ihave a samsung A03 here i buy this to a friend and this phone we dont know where came from thats why im problematic it has an another samsung account on device i wanna know how to delete or remove or replace it and sign in on my account .. We dont know the password wvern the emailaddress please helo me
